ELSA Law Schools

Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition
Destinée aux étudiants en droit, elle met au défi les participants de défendre des cas juridiques complexes devant un jury composé d’experts. En hommage à Helga Pedersen, figure emblématique du droit international, cette compétition favorise l’excellence juridique, la réflexion critique et le développement de compétences plaidoiries dans un environnement international stimulant.
The John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition
La John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition est une compétition internationale de plaidoirie dédiée au droit commercial international et au droit de l’OMC.
Nommée en l’honneur du professeur John H. Jackson, un pionnier du droit international économique, cette compétition met au défi les étudiants en droit de débattre de cas complexes liés aux règles du commerce international devant un jury d’experts. Elle offre une occasion unique de perfectionner les compétences en plaidoirie et en analyse juridique tout en échangeant avec des étudiants du monde entier.
Rule of Law Education Programme (ROLE)
Le Rule of Law Program d’ELSA est une initiative visant à promouvoir et défendre l’état de droit à l’échelle internationale. Ce programme propose des projets, des conférences et des ateliers pour sensibiliser et engager les étudiants en droit et les professionnels sur les enjeux liés à la justice, l’équité et la gouvernance. Il cherche à renforcer les principes juridiques fondamentaux et à encourager des pratiques respectueuses des normes internationales en matière de droit et de démocratie.

L’ELSA Law Review est une revue académique internationale qui publie des articles sur divers aspects du droit, rédigés par des étudiants, chercheurs et praticiens. Cette revue offre une plateforme pour partager des recherches juridiques innovantes, des analyses critiques et des perspectives sur des questions juridiques contemporaines. Elle vise à promouvoir l’excellence académique et à encourager le dialogue intellectuel au sein de la communauté juridique internationale.
Legal Research Group
Le Legal Research Group d’ELSA est une initiative dédiée à l’analyse et à l’étude approfondie des questions juridiques contemporaines. Ce groupe réunit des étudiants et des chercheurs pour explorer des sujets juridiques complexes, mener des recherches interdisciplinaires et publier des travaux de haute qualité. En participant au Legal Research Group, les membres ont l’opportunité de contribuer à des projets innovants, de développer leurs compétences en recherche juridique et de collaborer avec des experts du domaine.
